Stand rules
Halls 18, 20 and festival from Monday 31 May, halls 11, 21 and 22 from Tuesday 1 June, each from 7am to 10pm. In the halls, every stand must be finished by Wednesday 2 June, 10pm. In the Summer Garden, build-up continues until Thursday 3 June.
Dismantling starts no earlier than Monday 7 June 2027 at 7am.
Up to 9 metres in halls 18, 20 and 21a, 5 metres in all other halls, 4 metres under beams and balconies. Taller builds need structural calculations via Fairoo by 1 April 2027.
Stands over 100 m² need at least one fire extinguisher with 10 extinguishing units to DIN EN 3 during build-up, the event and dismantling. Kitchen and catering areas also need fire classes A and F.
The power connection is not included in the stand and is booked separately via Fairoo. The Ready-to-Play package already includes a 230-volt connection.
Exhibitors dispose of their waste daily. Book waste disposal via the Beco Shop by 22 April 2027.
Mary Jane Berlin does not accept parcels or shipments. Every delivery needs an entry permit via Visifair, including vehicles over 3.5 t.
Register in advance. Deliveries only within the booked time slot at the assigned gate.
Daily storage and storage space via Fairoo by 22 April 2027. Advance storage is available for a fee via the official forwarder. Daily goods delivery on expo days from 9am to 11am.
Parking tickets exclusively via Fairoo, by 22 April 2027.
Distribution only at your own stand.
Loud music and microphone systems are not allowed. Exceptions only with approval.

How much does a stand cost?
Prices depend on stand size, location and equipment. You'll find the full price list in Fairoo, our exhibitor portal.
Until when can I register?
Public sales of stand space start in October 2026. The registration deadline is 1 May 2027, after that only remaining spots are available.
What is included in my stand?
Included are the stand walls (Octanorm system).
Not included and bookable separately: power connection, water and internet, furniture, carpet, displays, branding and graphics, as well as cleaning and waste disposal.
The Ready-to-Play package already includes a 230-volt connection.
Can I customize my stand?
Yes! You can upgrade your stand with your own branding, banners, and special equipment. Please follow the guidelines for stand design!
Can I set up my stand myself or do I need a stand builder?
• Small stands can be set up by yourself.
• Larger or individually designed stands usually require a professional exhibition builder.
Is there a maximum power output per stand?
The standard power supply is sufficient for typical expo stands. For large displays, refrigeration units or machinery, book additional power via Fairoo.
Can I make B2B appointments in advance?
Yes! With our B2B matching tool, you can arrange meetings with other exhibitors, investors & retailers even before the trade fair.
